At this workshop, key policy makers, government leaders, researchers, international leading evaluators and PDIA scholars, along with a team from  Development Monitoring Evaluation Office (DMEO) at NITI Aayog, Government of India were present. Professor Michael Woolcock, Lead Social Scientist at World Bank and the co-creator of the Public Driven Iterative Adaptation Approach (PDIA) concept was one of the keynote speakers and facilitator. Shri. Shailendra Dwivedi, Joint Secretary, Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO), NITI Aayog was one of the keynote speakers. 

The group participants then return to their respective domains to apply what they have learned and finally re-convene to share lessons and achievements.
